The single rooms, double rooms and apartments are all suitably for allergy sufferers, and feature modern and friendly furnishings. All rooms offer wireless internet access. Many of the double rooms can sleep up to one or 2 additional guests. On the ground floor are 2 rooms suitable for disabled guests. The apartments feature a kitchenette with a fridge, cooker and coffee machine.

The bright seminar room seats 20-25 delegates and is fully equipped with multimedia facilities for your meetings and seminars.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
