Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Early check-in requires a non-refundable fee.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.75 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
