If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.03 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 16.05 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 2 to 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
