Area information

There is a popular swimming lake right near to the hotel, along with many hiking trails to explore. There are also activities available for those who enjoy mountain climbing. You can take the bus to Garmisch Partenkirchen. To reach Zugspitze Mountain you can take the cog railway, which operates in Grainau.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
