If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 19.00 per person.

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 13 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 14 to 15 years are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
