Please note the following information regarding reception opening hours and check-in: Monday-Friday: 09:00-16:00. Check-in takes place between 14:00 and 16:00. Guests arriving later can check in using an access code. Saturday and Sunday: 10:00-12:00. Check-in is possible after 14:00 via access code. Guests arriving outside of reception hours are kindly requested to contact the hotel one week before arrival to receive access codes. Enter the key code followed by # to receive the key from the key dispenser. Check-out takes place between 09:00 and 11:00. Guests can rent bed linen and towels or choose to bring their own. To rent bed linen and towels please contact the hotel directly. Please note that cleaning is not included in the room price. Guests either clean their apartments before departure, or pay a cleaning fee.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs SEK 100.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged SEK 75.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
