Please note that the hotel reception is located in the bookshop Pocket & Bok in the old movie theatre Cosmorama. The shop is open from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00, on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00 and on Sundays from 12:00 to 16:00. Guests need to note that if they arrive outside these times, they have to contact the hotel in advance.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 250.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
