To our young guests we offer a kids club. Guests have internet access at the public internet terminal.

Food & Beverages

From the spacious reception area you can reach the restaurant "Kreuzeck", where we will spoil you with international and regional cuisine. Come and enjoy the view from our lovely sun terrace while trying some "Kaffee und Kuchen" or sipping a cocktail. Meet up with friends for a round of drinks in our rustic bar "Altharzer Bierzeche".

Pets are allowed on request only. A moderate fee will be charged per night. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant and wellness area.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  All inclusive costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 14 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 15 to 17 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
