Food & Beverages

All-inclusive programme: - Breakfast buffet from 07:00 to 10:00 in the main restaurant - Lunch buffet from 12:00 to 14:00 in the main restaurant (sandwiches, pizza, spaghetti, salad, soups, dessert) - Dinner buffet from 18:00 to 20:00 in the main restaurant (variety of Bulgarian and international dishes). Drinks: mineral water, soft drinks, beer, table wine. All drinks are included between 11:00 and 22:30 (except spirits; wine only for dinner). There is live music every evening at the main restaurant.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 3.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 1.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
