Area information

Take part in interesting tours and excursions to outstanding historical monuments and remarkable natural sites. Varna is 18 km south of Golden Sands, with a rich archaeological museum and other interesting places. The Aladja Monastery, made of rock, is just 5 km from the hotel in the nature park of Golden Sands. Enjoy the lush botanical gardens of the romantic small town of Balchik, or visit the Madara Horseman - an early mediaeval rock relief, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Also on the list is Nessebar, famous for its remarkable mediaeval churches and old Bulgarian houses.

Travel information

Transfer to the city: From Varna Airport, take the local bus number 409, which runs between the airport, Varna and Golden Sands resort; At Varna Airport there are several agencies offering rent-a-car service.You can hire a taxi as well, but always ask for the fare beforehand.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
