Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 3 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
