Food & Beverages

All inclusive facilities: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in buffet style at the main restaurant. Breakfast: 07:30 to 10:00 Lunch: 12:30 to 14:00 Dinner: 18:00 to 21:00 European, Bulgarian and vegetarian dishes are served, as well as local wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. The bistro is open from 10:00 to 22:00 and serves a variety of small meals: Late breakfast: 10:00 to 11:00 Snacks: 12:00 to 15:00 Sweets and fruits: 15:00 to 17:00 Ice cream: 12:00 to 17:00 A la carte meals: 19:00 to 22:00 (on prior reservation, once per stay) The pool bar is open from 10:00 to 18:00 (in fair weather). The lobby bar is open from 10:00 to 01:00 and serves a wide range of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (free until 23:00). Imported alcoholic drinks have to be paid for.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
