Hotel details

The hotel was refurbished in 2002 and since its first years it gained many regular guests. Furthermore the hotel is a „TUI holly“ award winner (one of the 100 most favourite hotels of the German tour operator) for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Area information

Golden Sands sea resort is located in north-east Bulgaria. It offers excellent holiday conditions with lots of entertainment, sports and possibilities for making new acquaintances. The resort is situated in the Golden Sand National Park, 18 km from the city of Varna, in the northern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It boasts a breathtaking scenery including superb and picturesque beaches, clean sea, lots of sunshine and mineral springs. The beach strip is 3.5 km long and up to 100 metres wide. Bask in the sun from May through October with summers not too hot thanks to the refreshing sea breeze. The average air temperature in July and August is 27°C and the water temperature is 24°C.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 14 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
