The hotel complex belongs to the international hotel network PrimaSol consisting of the hotels Excelsior and Sunrise. Completely renovated in summer 2004 with a total number of 410 rooms. Prices are on all inclusive basis and include furthermore the following services: sunchair and parasol at the pool, gym, table-tennis, kids club, different sport and game activities, day-time animation and regular evening shows. There is an animation open-air stage and indoor hall for entertainment. Massage and Billiards are chargeable. Children Activities Three kinds’ pools and a kids’ sector in the indoor pool. Water slide. Club for children between 4 and 12 located in the garden. Kids buffet 17.30-18.00h. Kids’ Disco 6 times per week. Due to the steps and hilly surroundings the hotel is not recommended for less mobile people.

Food & Beverages

The rates are on all inclusive basis: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on buffet; 2 times per week theme buffet + 1 time per week Gala dinner; Once per holiday a-la-carte dinner in BBQ Restaurant “The Old tree” (reservations at spot required); Snacks and ice cream 11.00-16.00h at the pool bars; Coffee, tea, cakes 14.30-17.00h at the lobby bars; Bulgarian alcoholic and soft drinks 11.00-23.00h. Restaurants & Bars: Stylishly furnished main restaurant with show-cooking, non-smoking area and a terrace, providing buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a balanced menu for various tastes. Comfortable bar-restaurant The Old Tree next to the pool of Excelsior. Snack Bar next to the pool of Sunrise. Two lobby bars, offering Bulgarian and international aperitifs and cocktails.

The hotel is all inclusive. All meals and selected beverages are included in the rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 14 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child under 14 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
