Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 95 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 40.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  EUR 2.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 9.00 per stay for extra beds.  All children from 1 to 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per stay for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
