If you wish to reserve a room with a terrace or balcony, please indicate this upon booking. Smokers in particular may wish to reserve one of these rooms as the hotel is completely non-smoking.

Hotel details

The hotel was integrated into what were once a group of farm outbuildings. It has been tastefully renovated and furnished and provides a great base for a relaxing break.

Food & Beverages

Wake up to a rich and varied buffet breakfast in the inviting breakfast room, which has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. A delicious range of regional dishes and select wines are available in the neighbouring Ter Kelling restaurant.

Please inform the hotel in advance if you intend to arrive after 18:00. By prior arrangement, you can use the hotel’s key boxes for late check-in and late check-out. If you wish to smoke, please request a room with an outdoor terrace or balcony upon booking.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 5 to 14 years is charged EUR 23.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
