Food & Beverages

A daily changing set menu is available from 18:00 to 20:30. The breakfast buffet consists of several sorts of fresh bread from the local bakery as well as local cheese, salami, cold meats, eggs, muesli and several hot and cold drinks.

Half-board can be booked upon arrival. Please be aware that your credit card will not get charged by this website.

Area information

The hotel is located in the district of Goms, the northeastern part of the Valais. The landscape of the upper Rhone River is well known for its pristine beauty and wonderful tranquility. It is easily accessible by car and train throughout the year. The Goms has 70 baroque churches and chapels, Gothic altars and other cultural treasures. You will find arts and crafts, concerts and traditional theater and folklore performances. Events and activities include village tours, baking and cheese-making shows, play afternoons, fishing, hang-gliding, volleyball and miniature golf tournaments. It also is a paradise for motorbike and car drivers who enjoy driving over the mountain passes (Furka, Susten, Grimsel, Nufenen, Gotthard and Simplon).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs CHF 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years are charged CHF 5.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 25.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
