The opening times of the Restaurant Meierei Dirk Luther are Tuesday to Saturday, from 18:30 to 21:30. The restaurant will be closed on the following dates in 2009: 20 July - 17 August, 13 - 19 October, 24 - 26 December and 31 December.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 9.00 per day.  Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 6 years is charged EUR 35.50 per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 71.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
