Glottertal is located in the warmest and sunniest region of Germany. The natural surroundings were chosen as a perfect backdrop for the popular Schwarzwaldklinik (Black Forest Clinic) television series in the 1980’s. Guests staying longer than 2 nights can use the region’s public transport system, with a radius of 100 kilometres from Karlsruhe to Basel, for free during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
