The hotel’s friendly restaurant is run by Antoinette, who offers traditional Corsican cuisine using tasty recipes inherited from her grandmother. Specialities include Ghisoni trout, tender herb-flavoured veal and chestnut fritters. Diners with a sweet tooth must try the Fiadone, a Corsican flan made with Brocciu cheese and lemon. There are a range of set menus to choose from, including a children’s menu. To accompany your meal, the manager can advise you on the best wine to choose from the wide selection kept in the restaurant’s cellar. For an after-dinner drink, there are many types of Corsican liquor available in the hotel bar.

Please note that you can rent a computer on site at an additional cost.

Being centrally located, this hotel is ideal for those wishing to visit the island without having to travel too far. Moreover, the region is well equipped for all sorts of outdoor activities. On land, you can enjoy bathing in numerous rivers, cannoning, rafting, fishing, walking, or the mythic coast to coast or GR20 hiking trail by ski, quad or horseback. Maritime activities include swimming, sailing or boating and other nautical sports with or without a skipper. For those hoping to get away from the stress of everyday life, the magnificent balneotherapy centre (awaiting classification as a thalasso therapy centre) is only 20 miles away.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
