If you plan to arrive outside business reception hours, please contact in advance residence during opening hours to get access codes. Reception is open: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 Closed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and public bank holidays. Rooms are cleaned once a week.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
