Eight function rooms are available for groups, meetings and conferences. The pentahotel also offers a secretarial service, a laundry service, and safety deposit boxes at the reception.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.50 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
