Mail/Messages The Reception takes messages while you are out. Mail is delivered daily to your room upon request. Cleaning Twice a week included in our tariffs. Extra cleaning is subject to charge. Laundry/Pressing Twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday there is laundry service. A laundry (subject to charge), equipped with a washing machine and a dryer is at disposal 24 hours within the Résidence.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 9.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 25.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CHF 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
