Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.875 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  CAD 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
