Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcases. The bathroom linen set includes terry cloths and towels. End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Deposit: Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded following an inventory at the time of check-out.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
