Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 8 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All further children under 4 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
