Guests can enjoy a free, cooked-to-order breakfast with a variety of healthy and great tasting options, such as eggs, bacon, hash browns, fresh fruit and more. Serengeti Restaurant serves a variety of American dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Time for Kids is a family-friendly restaurant with menu options including burgers, pizza and macaroni and cheese. The hotel also offers a Manager's Reception with free beverages and snacks every night starting at 5:30 PM.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours.

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 6.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
