Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 8.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 6 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 11 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
