The hotel’s congress centre can accommodate up to 600 participants and is fitted with the latest technologies, combining comfort and efficiency. There are 6 meeting rooms (50 seats each), a room for secretaries and print services, stage, professional lighting, backstage area, catwalk for fashion shows, and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. Staff (such as interpreters and hostesses) can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  One child from 3 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
