Travel information

- Take the Passau North exit of the A3 motorway and head towards Wegscheid, Hauzenberg - At the next bend, turn right towards Schalding - Drive through Schalding and Irring, until you reach Gaishofen - In the middle of the town, you will see a sign for the guest house - Turn left here and drive over a small bridge - Continue straight ahead until you reach the end of the street - You will find the guest house pension on the banks of the River Danube

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
