Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
