Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night.  Half board costs EUR 25 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
