Our apartments are completely furnished and offer every comfort.

For each apartment one parking space is available. A parking space for a second car is available in case of free capacity (at an additional charge). Please contact the hotel.

Food & Beverages

Our apartments are self-catering and feature fully equipped kitchens. There are several restaurants and bakeries, as well as a supermarket, in the immediate vicinity. On request and for a fee, we can organise breakfast or even a half-board arrangement in a restaurant.

IMPORTANT! If you arrive later then 6 p.m., please contact the Hotel to make an appointment for handover of keys.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
