Hotel details

The hotel provides a care service, medical service, mobility service, family service and group travel (for up to 32 people). There are also 3 rooms available for seminars and conferences for up to 50 people.

Food & Beverages

At the restaurant the hotel provides lunch and dinner only upon request.

Please note that the reception is open only until 09:00pm. We kindly ask guests who arrive later to inform the hotel about their exact time of arrival. Thank you.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 11.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 19.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night for cots.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
