Travel information

By public transport: Travel to Frankfurt's main railway station and take the south exit. Turn right into Mannheimer Straße and then turn left in front of the car park to enter Karlsruher Straße. You find us at number 7. By car: From Frankfurt airport (approx 14 minutes away): Head towards the city centre on the B43 and then turn left by B44/Stresemannallee. Continue on the B44 and turn left at Karlsruher Straße. You find us on the left-hand side.

Area information

Close to the Pension Alpha, you will find the Bahnhofsviertel quarter, Sachsenhausen, the palm gardens and the Zeil shopping street. The exhibition grounds are only 1.6 kilometres away and the airport bus stop is 100 metres away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 10 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
