Food & Beverages

There are no dining facilities on site but guests can arrange (for an additional charge) to have groceries delivered to their apartment each evening for breakfast the following morning.

Please note that it is not possible to check out on Saturdays or Sundays. Guests checking in after 17:00 are asked to call the residence's security service. The telephone number will be given in the confirmation of reservation. Breakfast is only possible on prior arrangement.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 18.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 82.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
