Travel information

Take any suburban or fast train from Frankfurt airport to Frankfurt's main railway station. From the arrivals platform on ground level, leave the station through the main entrance, cross the square and tram platforms, turn left and then right into Karlsstraße. After 100m Karlsstraße crosses Niddastrasse. The hotel is within view on the left hand side. Arrival underground: Watch out for exit “Karlsstraße”, then follow instructions above. If coming by car, take the B43 towards city centre (Zentrum) and the main railway station (Bahnhof). After 10km keep left and change to the B44, Kennedyallee. Cross the River Main on the Friedensbrücke bridge. After a km, the main train station will appear on the left-hand side. Turn right into Karlstraße. After 100 metres Karlstraße crosses Niddastrasse. Turn left and you will see the hotel.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
