Hotel am BergThis hotel has been in the hands of our family since 1950. This hotel is housed in a villa which was built in a Neo-Romanesque style around the turn of the 20th century. We are beautifully located just a few minutes from the city centre, highly regarded, Frankfurt airport, the main railway station or indeed Frankfurt’s main exhibition and congress building. We have a quaint little garden where you can while away many a fine summer’s day.

Area information

A 3-minute walk will take you to Südbahnhof train station, where you will find convenient connections to take you all over Frankfurt city. Visit the many cultural and historical sights, the shops and the exhibition grounds. The main train station and Rhine Main airport are also connected from here by public transport. Not far from the hotel you will find the "apple wine" district of Alt Sachsenhausen, one of the tourist highlights of the region with many restaurants, bars and pubs. "Museumsufer" with its 9 internationally known museums can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or by tram. From here you have one of the most beautiful views of Frankfurt skyline. Also 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, a bus or tram ride is a woodland area where you will find many hiking trails to explore.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 14 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
