There are several dining options available on-site at the Velas. Guests can enjoy a variety of international dishes as Andrea Restaurant, Alejandra Restaurant and La Ribera Restaurant. There are a variety of snack bars and cocktail lounges on-site as well.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged USD 47.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 199.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
