Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged ZAR 400.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
