Days start with a breakfast buffet served between 6:00 and 10:00. Between 12:00 and 23:00, the Amici Restaurant offers a menu with dishes specialized in Italian cuisine. The lobby bar is also open from 12:00 until 23:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs BRL 20.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
