Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  BRL 1.30 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
