Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs BRL 18.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs BRL 18.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs BRL 14.50 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
