Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
