If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

All children are welcome.  One child under 13 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
