Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  USD 5.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
