Deposit Policy - 1 night stays require full pre-payment at time of booking and is refundable. Rates for the Plantation House King Suite are strictly based on single/double occupancy. Triple or quadruple occupancy for this room type, requires an additional fee of USD 30 for adults or USD 15 for children under 12, per person per night. Maximum occupancy per this room type is 4. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs USD 12.95 per person.  American breakfast costs USD 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
