Front desk operates from 08:00 until 22:00. Special check-in instructions are necessary for later arrivals. Please indicate your expected time of arrival in your comment section of the booking process. Upon check-in photo identification and a credit card are required. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  USD 3.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
