Hotel details

According to the Brazilian law, the hotel only allows guests under 18 years old of age to check in accompanied by their parents, or in possession of a written and notarized authorization from their parents allowing them to be traveling with other adults.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs BRL 15.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  2.5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
