Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
