Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs BRL 15.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs BRL 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
